Founded in 1973, Fifth Wall first gained prominence within our industry
by pioneering the installation of single-ply elastomeric roofing membranes
in Texas in 1981. Single-ply membranes are commonplace in today's commercial
roofing market.
As the company grew steadily during the 1980s, Fifth Wall again demonstrated
its vision for the future with the creation of a full-time Service
Department specializing in leak repair and preventive
maintenance. Today our Service Department is one of the largest in Texas
and the envy of our industry.
In 1995 Fifth Wall combined its extensive construction experience with
a new commitment to professional business development. Since that time
our company has quadrupled in size and gained national prominence as an
organization that performs excellent work with excellent people.

Today Fifth Wall remains ahead
of our industry. We are currently
at the forefront of "cool" roofing
technology, offering detailed
long-range energy cost comparisons
which identify actual dollars
saved by installing
white reflective roof membranes in lieu of traditional built-up systems.
We utilize consultants outside the construction industry to generically
assess our efficiency and productivity. Our dedication to local corporate
citizenship is consistent with that of companies several times our size,
and decisions regarding donations are based on requests from our employees,
not on what is considered politically correct.
