Todd R. Hewitt is President of Texas Fifth Wall Roofing and has been with the company for more than 25 years. He has held several positions on behalf of Fifth Wall Roofing, from Estimator to Vice President/General Manager, contributing to his industry expertise and knowledge. He oversees all aspects of the company, as well as providing leadership, insight and guidance to the entire team.
A graduate of Rice University, Todd presently serves on the boards of the Texas Construction Association, Central Texas Subcontractors Association and the Texas Construction Trust.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Joe Martin serves as Vice President of Operations at Texas Fifth Wall Roofing. His responsibilities include assisting in financial planning and budgeting, decisions on personnel levels and mid-management placement. Joe is also very passionate when it comes to our Safety program and keeping our employees healthy. Joe oversees the production department, service department, the sheet metal fabrication facility, a $300,000 inventory and $2.5 million dollars in equipment and property.
Joe started his career with the company purchasing the equipment and hiring the staff to man a full service sheet metal shop in March of 1982. In the 27 years with the company he has helped create a team/family culture where all of the company’s people have a sense of ownership.
Joe enjoys mountain and road biking and golf in his spare time between his son’s soccer games, Boy Scout troop activities and power boating with this family on Lake Travis.
Chief Financial Officer
Jody C. Delino serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Texas Fifth Wall Roofing. In this role, he is responsible for all financial aspects including accounting, planning and analysis, and tax consultation. Additionally, Jody serves as Corporate Secretary, managing human resources and office administration. As a member of the company’s executive team, he helps to create the company’s corporate strategy and policy.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall in 2007, Jody spent six years in the finance industry consulting with small to mid-sized businesses. Earlier in his career, Jody served over nine years at Dell, Inc. in a variety of corporate finance and global leadership roles such as Manager of External Reporting.
Jody graduated Sum Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lamar University
Vice President of Sales
Tony Zahtila joined Texas Fifth Wall Roofing in 2006 and is the Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for the company’s reroofing, new construction and service sales, as well as business development and the implementation of the new ProVigil Roof Protection Program.
Previously, Tony was a Senior Vice President of a large national roofing company and founded Zahtila Vinyards, a premium winery in Napa Valley, California.
Tony is active in several professional organizations including the Building Owners and Managers Association of Austin (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
